Long Necked Womu
The Long Necked Womu is part of my new series of work which I am making inspired by my trip to Australia in 2019. It is made up of an imaginary creature, part wombat and part Emu. It reflects my suprise and fascination at the strange and beautiful animals that I encountered during my short trip. I can’t wait to get back there. In the meantime I am working on some more of these pieces, to be posted shortly.
